What customers say

“Another company gave me a very high estimate, but this company was a lifesaver! I called in the morning and Neil arrived within an hour. Questions homeowners ask us

How fast can you actually arrive when I call?
Our crew works on rotating on-call shifts so someone answers the phone 24/7 (we do not use an answering service). The truck rolls within five minutes of the call. From our Katy staging area, typical drive time is 25-45 minutes across our Katy and west Houston service area, with the closer-in neighborhoods (Cinco Ranch, Cane Island, Fulshear) seeing the fastest arrivals. For losses outside our normal response window, we still send the crew — it just takes longer to get there.
Should I call my insurance carrier before I call you?
Most homeowners think the carrier comes first, but the policy language usually requires you to take reasonable steps to prevent further damage. That is what mitigation is. Call us first so we can stop the water and start drying — we will document everything to your carrier's standard while you call them to open the claim. We have worked with every major Texas carrier and we will coordinate directly with your adjuster once the claim number is issued.
Will my homeowners insurance cover water damage restoration?
Most homeowners policies cover sudden and accidental water damage — a burst pipe, an overflowing dishwasher, an ice-maker line that lets go overnight. What is typically excluded is flooding from outside the home (storms, rising creeks), which requires a separate NFIP or private flood policy. We document everything to your carrier's standard and bill your insurance directly when the loss is covered.
