How fast can you actually arrive when I call?
Our crew works on rotating on-call shifts so someone answers the phone 24/7 (we do not use an answering service). The truck rolls within five minutes of the call. From our Katy staging area, typical drive time is 25-45 minutes across our Katy and west Houston service area, with the closer-in neighborhoods (Cinco Ranch, Cane Island, Fulshear) seeing the fastest arrivals. Should I call my insurance carrier before I call you?

Will my homeowners insurance cover water damage restoration?
Most homeowners policies cover sudden and accidental water damage — a burst pipe, an overflowing dishwasher, an ice-maker line that lets go overnight. What is typically excluded is flooding from outside the home (storms, rising creeks), which requires a separate NFIP or private flood policy. We document everything to your carrier's standard and bill your insurance directly when the loss is covered.
